Delete your FastLine account

This page explains how to delete your account in the "FastLine" (rider) and "FastLine Captain" (driver) apps, developed by FastLine.

1. From the app (fastest)

• Rider app: Account → Delete account → confirm.
• Captain app: Profile → Delete account → confirm.

2. Without the app

• Send a deletion request from your registered phone number to support@fastlinejo.com or call ‎+962796845819‎. We verify ownership of the number, then delete within 7 days.

3. What is deleted

• Immediately: name, phone number, email, profile photo, ID/KYC documents, location history, login sessions and notification tokens.
• Kept anonymized (not linked to you) for the period required by law: trip records and financial transactions (accounting and tax).

4. When deletion is not possible yet

• During an active trip, order or car-with-driver booking, or with an unpaid fine or unsettled wallet balance — finish or settle it first.
