In danger right now? Call emergency services on 911 directly. During a trip, use the Emergency button in the app to call your emergency contact or message them your live trip link. It's a personal tool that sends no alert to FastLine, so don't wait for us in an emergency.

The app isn't in the store — how do I get it?
FastLine is in a closed beta in Jordan, and the apps are not on Google Play or the App Store yet. Message us on WhatsApp to register your interest and we'll get in touch.
I had a problem on a trip or left something in the car — what should I do?
Message us on WhatsApp with the trip date, time and service, and we'll help you follow it up.
How is a Ride fare calculated?
Day (06:00–22:00): 0.390 JOD flag fall, 0.290 JOD per km and 0.0514 JOD per waiting minute. Night (22:00–06:00): 0.400 JOD flag fall, 0.330 JOD per km and 0.0566 JOD per waiting minute. The minimum fare is 1.20 JOD, final fares are rounded to the nearest 0.05 JOD, and the final price is shown before you confirm. With an open destination, the fare runs on the live meter.
How do I pay?
In cash to the captain, or from your in-app wallet credit (welcome, referral and promo credit). Your receipt is in the app.
What is the ride code?
4 digits shown in the app once your ride is accepted; give them to the captain when you get in.
Why do I only see the captain's first name?
Only the first name is shown, to protect captains' privacy. You know they're verified from the ✓ Verified badge: a person on our team reviewed their ID, licence, vehicle registration and a selfie, and you also see their rating and completed trips.
How do I share my trip with someone I trust?
Tap "Share trip" during the ride to send a live link they can follow on the map.
How does the emergency button work?
Add an emergency number in the app: the Jordanian mobile number of someone you trust. When you tap the emergency button you call them or send them your location and trip link on WhatsApp from your own phone, and you can call 911. It's a personal tool: no alert is sent to FastLine.
How do invite codes work?
Share your code with friends and get 0.50 JOD in your wallet for every friend you invite who completes their first ride. If you have a friend's code, enter it before you complete your first ride.
Can a parcel be paid for on delivery?
No. Send a parcel is delivery only: no cash on delivery and no money collection. The sender or the recipient pays the delivery fee, and one order takes up to 4 parcels or recipients.

How do I join as a captain?
Message us on WhatsApp with your name, city and vehicle type, then verify your account in the app: ID, licence, vehicle registration and a selfie. A person on our team reviews them and you get the ✓ Verified badge.
What is the welcome credit?
3 JOD of free credit added to your wallet when you sign up as a captain.
My phone is old or my internet is weak — will the app work?
Yes. The captain app is built to work on low-end phones and weak internet, and the floating bubble keeps offers in view on top of other apps.
